Notice of New Committee Members

Dear Residents,

There have been a number of changes to committee membership and roles. The following members have resigned:

• Charles Jones — formerly the Chairman
• Ian Freeman
• Hilary Tothill Scott

We thank all of them for their invaluable work in supporting the residents and wish them all the very best in the future.

During this period we have welcomed several new members:

• Alex Harrison
• Stefan Nowak
• Idries Hamadi
• Georgina Hunt

The committee met on 25th March 2026 to elect an interim chairman. Alex Harrison was elected to the role. Alex brings a great deal of experience of facilities management in the leisure industry — this will be a huge asset to the committee and the residents going forward.

In that meeting the committee created the new role of Communications Secretary, which has been taken up by Idries Hamadi, supported by Stefan Nowak who also has experience managing social media.

These roles will be filled on an interim basis until the AGM in June, when a new Committee will be elected.

The new committee looks forward to continuing to support the residents of Du Cane Court.
