Membership is free and open to all residents and leaseholders — whether you are an owner-occupier, landlord, or tenant.
The RA post-box — in the reception foyer. You can leave membership forms and notes here.
The more members we have, the more powerfully we can represent the residents of Du Cane Court when speaking to POD and Dorrington. Your membership costs nothing, and your membership card entitles you to discounts at a range of local businesses (see below).
Please download and complete the membership application form below. Once completed, you can either:
- Scan or photograph the form and email it to ducanecourtresidents@gmail.com
- Place the completed form in the Association post-box in the foyer

When completing your form, you can choose how you'd like to hear from us:
- Facebook — join the Du Cane Court Residents' Association Members' Group and apply with your flat number and RA membership number
- Email — receive updates directly to your inbox
- Paper copy — for those who prefer to receive things in print
Your details will be held by us solely to enable us to contact you and will not be shared with any third party.
Presenting your DCCRA membership card earns you discounts at the following local businesses:
- Chadwick's butchers (opposite Waitrose) — 10% off
- Appleblue Patisserie (on the left before the railway bridge) — 10% off
- Hennys Wine Bar, Balham High Road — 10% off
- Balham Social Indian Restaurant, Balham High Road — 15% off food dining in (Mon–Thu); 15% off takeaway food
- Spicy Noodle Café, Balham High Road — free refill of tea/coffee with orders over £10
We are always working to add new local retailers to this scheme. If you would like to suggest a local trader, email us at ducanecourtresidents@gmail.com.
Although membership is free, any voluntary contributions towards our running costs would be greatly appreciated. We suggest £3 or £5, but it is entirely up to you. Cash contributions can be made to the post-box with your application and indicated on the form.
